I prioritized designing an intuitive user interface that guides users through the app effortlessly.
I focused on simplicity and ease of use to ensure that anyone, regardless of their technological expertise, can navigate the app with confidence. My goal was to eliminate the overwhelming nature often associated with online dating and create a welcoming space that encourages genuine interactions.
One of the key aspects of my app is a rigorous verification process that safeguards against fake profiles and catfishing. By implementing advanced identity verification techniques, I ensure that each user is genuine, enhancing the overall user experience and fostering a community built on trust. Furthermore, I provided robust privacy controls, allowing users to share information selectively and feel secure in their interactions.

Empathize Research Phase
During this phase, I talked to four different people who use both tinder and bumble to gain a deep understanding of the current dating landscape and the specific challenges users face regarding user verification and authenticity. To achieve this, I conducted interviews with individuals who have prior experience using dating apps since I had no experience with it.
